Beautiful Autumn...

So, my new website is up and running. Designed by the amazing Jess and Jo at Lucidity Solutions. It looks beautiful and I'm so grateful for their help.

3 Years into this adventure and I'm loving using my skills as a Bowen therapist to help friends, colleagues and clients to be rebalanced and heal.

In this site you'll find lots of information on different aspects of Bowen Technique and the ways in which it can be used to address many different conditions.

It's still a relatively little known therapy so I've tried to explain in as clear and succinct a way a possible how it works and what it involves.

And watch this space as new photos will be added and regular blogs posted where I'll discuss different health issues and aspects of self care that may be of interest to you.
