Living in uncertain times

So here we are, November 2020, in another lockdown. And what a strange year this has turned out to be.
My apologies for being so quiet after intending to blog with advice regularly. The effects of lockdown have been unpredictable for us all, and personally I've found myself taking a big backstep away from social media and into my own space. It's been a time of both worry for the future and evaluation how how I personally want that future to look like. Having the world slow down has been awful for many, I know, and so I don't want to celebrate the time it's given some of us to reflect and spend time with close family or on other pursuits. That's all true, but only for those lucky enough to be able to.
So all of that said, I'm truly hopeful that this next year will see a change and an opening out of the world in a positive way.
I began giving Bowen treatments again last month and although have had to stop temporarily, the break from it has been refreshing, and importantly, has made me appreciate and enjoy this wonderful therapy anew. I've come back to it reminded of just how powerful and kind and healing it is as a form of bodywork and how useful it is to such a wide range of different people with different needs and conditions.
Next year I hope to reach out to many more people and offer them the opportunity to experience this gentle, wonderful therapy. And I also want to share more information on a more regular basis with you all as I believe we all need healing options more than ever after the year that we've all been through.
